This is the latest version of a fantasy/difficult roads map thats been around since v1.16! That explains its now odd location... Its a 1:19 scale addon map that as such, kinda requires you to NOT have the Viva la France DLC. Without knowing 100%, im pretty sure this map works very well without any map DLCs at all.
With a little tweak you can also turn this map into a standalone map. Its the way I prefer to use it do to its behavior.
