ETS2 - Southern Region is back!! Oh, and I also haul in a new Kamaz 5410

Southern Region is back and boy did I miss it! 

Finally Southern region is compatible with the latest version of ETS2, v1.30.x and the wonderfully shitty roads and magical forrest gravel roads are here again.

Oh, and I also haul in a Kamaz 5410, a seriously serious truck.
